By accessing blue-shields.com or engaging Blue Shields for IT services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Blue Shields strives to provide uninterrupted IT support; however, we are not liable for business losses resulting from third-party software failures, hardware degradation, or external cyber-attacks beyond our immediate control. All custom scripts, network designs, and architecture plans remain the intellectual property of Blue Shields until project invoices are paid in full. Clients must use our services for lawful purposes only.
