Digital Delivery & Remote Services

Blue Shields primarily offers digital services, software deployments, and remote IT support. Therefore, traditional shipping policies do not apply to most of our offerings.

  • Service Delivery: Upon purchasing a service package or retaining our team, you will receive a welcome email with onboarding instructions within 24 hours. Service commencement timelines will be defined in your specific Service Level Agreement (SLA).
  • Hardware Procurement: If your contract includes hardware procurement (e.g., servers, laptops), these items will be shipped directly from our vendor partners to your specified office locations. Tracking information will be provided via email. Shipping costs for hardware will be outlined in your custom quote.
