Service Satisfaction Guarantee
Blue Shields provides specialized IT consulting, support, and digital services. Due to the nature of labor-intensive IT services, completed project work and hourly consulting fees are generally non-refundable. However, if you are dissatisfied with a specific service, please contact us within 14 days of service delivery. We will work diligently to rectify the issue. For monthly recurring services (like Managed IT), you may cancel at any time with a 30-day written notice, but partial month refunds are not provided.
